Since August 2020, masks have been mandated within our office as apart of our COVID-19 Business Continuation policy. We push to offer a strong work-life balance with our company. We want our employees to take time off to relax and disconnect from their roles when needed. Our time off and bereavement policies have been updated as of 2021, to allow higher paid time off accruals to our tenured team members, as well as bereavement time for immediate family members passing. We are actively hiring to grow the company, so we have more support staff available within our departments. Not all actions within complaint investigations will be reported to concerned team members for the sake of employee privacy. From there, employees are coached and counseled where necessary. The company takes all compliant investigations seriously and takes time to review each one fully. We are taking time to develop our employee morale and coach our management staff to further grow all of our team members positively. In response to what you have reviewed, please see below: We apologize that your experience with our business was a less than favorable one. Thank you for taking the time to review our company. If you don't care about your sanity, your work impact, your feelings, or really anything, then this is the place for you! The pay is great, until you are required to handle management issues with no increase, which is normal. It's abnormal to be anything but happy and joyous there! A family member just died, so you're a bit sensitive and can't leave? Sucks to be you. They yell at you with profanities? Definitely give them something for free, make them top priority, and never escalate the call. Although, right as the pandemic was picking up speed and cases were increasing, everyone was required to go back into the office. They allowed work-from-home options at the beginning of the pandemic. Even with the mask mandate, masks we're worn haphazardly if at all. If you have a specific stance when it comes to safety and Coronavirus, this is not the place for you. If you take days off, expect backlash, a pile of work, and a list of things you did wrong before you left. If you are on a small team of 3 or 4 people, expect to carry the team with little to no support. You may even get fired with the reason being "we're unable to tell you at this time." It will become your fault and nothing will change. Never submit a formal complaint against your supervisor. They play favorites and all the peons are there just to make the company money. They will brush it under the rug, even if it affects your work and morale. This place seems like a great place to work, until you have a problem.
I’ve been able to see a lot of growth while at this company and there are - more. For the most part we all get a long in the office and people are grateful to be at work. The only negative thing I’ve seen at the office is when someone tries to take advantage of a system, it doesn’t tend to work out well for that person. I’m far more productive and can focus on getting my work done instead of taking all day and night to complete it with interruptions.
However I am grateful to be in the office. When Covid hit we tried working from home. I’m able to get home at a decent hour and spend time with family, which I really appreciate since my last place of employment would keep me late at the office all the time. I would say there is a good understanding of work/life balance. I’ve never had a problem getting a day off that I needed or wanted. Which is above average for what other companies offer. I don’t have to do any guessing about what is expected to be done.įor time off everyone gets an allotted amount. The employee health benefits are really hard to beat anywhere else.Ĭommunication between employees and management is pretty clear. We get catered lunch at least once a week. Working here reminds me of working for a tech company without the drama. The new building is great to be in very open and bright. The attitude in the office is very upbeat and productive. There’s a lot of positive about working for Wasatch RX. I can say the owner definitely cares about their employees and wants to see them succeed. I’ve learned a lot since I began working here.
